Eh? This is the MyISAM forum, yet your table is InnoDB?
See this for improving your settings:

KEY fleetcachesearch2idx (departurepointcode,arrivalpointcode,ddatetime),
KEY fleetcachesearchidx (departurepointcode,arrivalpointcode,ddatetime, vendorcode)
The second of these can handle any query for which the first was designed; DROP the first.

Hmmmm... The CHECK TABLE sounds like a MyISAM table. And it sounds like a REPAIR is needed. Read the documentation about REPAIR and myisamchk. The table may be in serious trouble.
