Apparently you have something a FOREIGN KEY that wants to do ON DELETE CASCADE?
DROP the FOREIGN KEYS before moving to an ENGINE that does not handle FOREIGN KEYs (such as MyISAM).
Why are you moving _to_ MyISAM? These days, that is ill-advised.
