MyISAM - Incorrect information in file *.frm
I have table data files table.frm, table.myi and table.myd that are from mysql version 5.6.31 on centos 7. I want to backport these files on centos 6.2 server that has mysql version 5.5.35. When I tried to do this, I am getting "Incorrect information in file: table.frm". Just fyi before I copied, I had sopped the mysql server and re-started after copying files.
Anyone know why I am getting this error? can a table from newer mysql version backport on a older mysql version?
