Hi there
I'm designing a database for hugh amount of scientific data. Anually it's about $80~100GB.
Here is my situation. Transaction is a useful feature I'd like to have. Howver, it's not totally necessary.
My question is that
In order to achieve the best performance, should I choose InnoDB or MyISAM as the storage engine?
THanks alot, Chi
