Transaction locking system. which one?

Hi all, I'm doing a university reseach about transaction locking system, needed for isolation of two or more transaction.

I need to know what type of systems InnoDB uses: is it 2PL, Timestamp, multiversion or what else? could you please gimme a link about this?
