Alan,

you have 2 log files, each 100 MB. Thus, the real capacity is about 210 million bytes. I have put a 10 % safety margin in the InnoDB code.

In one of the prints above, the checkpoint age is 191518582. Still well below 210 million. This means that the warning is not dangerous. But in the long run we want to find out why this happens.

Do you have a very high workload on that computer?
