Settings and Operating System

Hi,

I have two questions on InnoDB.

(1) I'm using MySQL Administrator 1.1.9. Under "Config Service" of "Service Control", there is a checkbox for "Support for InnoDB". What is its usage? I have left it unchecked but I can still created tables in InnoDB style. And, if I check this box, the path shown below (Path to Binary) will turn red. Why?

(2) I noticed in the manual that MySQL server is recommneded to be used on NTFS but not FAT and FAT32. What are the reasons?

Thanks for any ideas and help.
