Plugin 'InnoDB' init function returned error.

Why am I having this error when I try to use mysql server instance configuration? Can anyone tell me what is wrong? and how can i solve this problem?

and becoz of the :Plugin 'InnoDB' init function returned error.
i also got this :Plugin 'InnoDB' registration as a STORAGE ENGINE failed.

Please help me.....
