Full text search setting default to add + sign in every search

Hi guys,

I'm new to this forum. This is my first time using full text search and I was wondering if their is a configuration to set the default in every search the (+) sign.

Say I search for words:
* one (w/out +) = when searched it will automatically prepend the +.
* full text = +full +text
* global sea Mysql = +global +sea +Mysql

Because I'm thinking it is quite bothersome for the user to add the + sign to have a more concrete result.
