MySQL Failing assertion

Hi, I'm having a problem on MySQL database, I know the principal error is:

InnoDB: Failing assertion: btr_page_get_prev(get_page, mtr) == buf_frame_get_page_no(page)

How can I solve that?


This the complete message on alert log (as you can see mysqld is restarting frequently):

something is definitely wrong and this may fail.
