Luca, already exists a key called `id_categorie` (primary key).
So, you must change the name of the foreign key.
See below:

DROP TABLE IF EXISTS categorie;

CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS categorie(
`id_categorie` int(11) UNSIGNED NOT NULL,
`id_cat` int(11) unsigned not null,
`nome` varchar(20) NOT NULL default '',
PRIMARY KEY(`id_categorie`),
FOREIGN KEY (`id_cat`) REFERENCES `anagrafica`(`id_cat`) ON DELETE CASCADE ON UPDATE CASCADE
)ENGINE=InnoDB;
