Tuesday morning, I awoke and found this error on my website:

<!--
Database error in vBulletin :

Invalid SQL:

SELECT *
FROM datastore
WHERE title IN ('','options','bitfields','attachmentcache','forum cache','usergroupcache','stylecache','languagecach e','products','pluginlist','cron','profilefield',' smiliecache','bbcodecache','mailqueue');

MySQL Error : Incorrect information in file: './evoxforums_database/datastore.frm'
Error Number : 1033

Dreamhost.com (my service provider) had a slew of corrupt backups (which they did twice an hour), and the only "good" backup they had was from June 5th. They restored that db, but I lost an epic amount of data on both of my websites.

They gave me a tar backup of the databases that produced the above errors. Basically a bunch of MYD and MYI files. I viewed several of them in a hex editor, and they are mostly filled with zeros.

What can I do? Please help, as I'm extremely screwed.
