have_innodb disable

Hi,
In mysql the variable "have_innodb" is disable.
I suspect that the problem is connected to the message bellow :
log file /usr/local/mysql/var/ib_logfile1 is of different size 0
0 bytes
InnoDB: than specified in the .cnf file 0 5242880 bytes!
Wich is in my .err
Could you help me solve this problem ?
