which version of ocfs2,how you started your mysql is it with root user or mysql,
what is your O2CB_HEARTBEAT_THRESHOLD,how you mounted ocfs2,usually /var/lib/mysql
should be mounted on clsuterfs or whatever,both nodes should be mouted on same time
anyways
OS error code 13 is Permission denied
it is absolutely permission issue
