thank you for your help!

No, innodb_file_per_table doesn't set. I read that if I have many tables it's not good to set it up. How much is 'many'? one hundred or thousand or ten thousand tables?

how did u calculate the 61G space???

I want to make slow log rotate with newsyslog. Then it rotate log, it's sent SIGHUP to mysqld. Is it safely to rotate log this way? It's will be rotate once a 24 hours. If not, can you tell me any other and more safely method?
