Hi Oliver,
please report this via http://bugs.mysql.com/. Please include SHOW CREATE TABLE and SELECT * for the relevant tables in the report. Hopefully, the bug can be reproduced by creating the tables from the scratch. However, it could also be corruption (e.g., due to buggy operating system or faulty hardware).

It's nice that you posted a snippet from the InnoDB error log. However, to troubleshoot this, we'd need to see the lines *before* the crash. Did some assertion fail, or did mysqld crash with a segmentation fault?
