How to restore the database from ibdata, and frm files

Hi,

A couple of days ago my server with Red Hat Fedora Core 2 installed on it, crashed.
I was running MySQL 4.1.9 on it.
After making lots and lots of efforts, I still was unable to RE-Run mysql server back on it again (then I retained the data on the disk while I did fresh Linux Installation).
Then I copied all the contents of folder /var/lib/mysql and saved them. Due to a number of reasons, I had to do fresh (formatted) reinstallation of the server.
And now I need to restore the database from that folder.

Database Tables type is : InnoDB
I have following files / folder with me:

Files found at /var/lib/mysql folder
.ibdata1.swp
db.err
ib_logfile0
ib_logfile1
ibdata1
Folder (with the name of database to be stored) containing .frm files

I have a fresh OS with me, with the same version (4.1.9) Mysql Server running on it.

I just want to recover my data SOMEHOW ...
Is there anyway ??
please guide me ...

regards
Salman
