Thanks for your response Peter,

We have been working around the IN(SELECT..) with JOIN and also EXISTS clause the queries that don't run as expected. We do have many that do run fine and I wanted to see if there was a particular situation(s) with the IN clause is not recommended.

I have been reading in other blogs that IN(SELECT ..) doesn't perform as expected.

Any additional feedback?
