InnoDB recovery

Hi Everyone

I really need some help so basically I deleted a table, but before I did I took the idb and frm file from that table.
I've moved those files over to another server along with ALL the other files in /var/lib/mysql

The reason is because the table is ridiculously huge and the original server this was on was suffering because of it.
and mysqldump was not an option due to the table being so huge it would take far too long and disrupt our every day work.
All the tables load fine apart from the one I dropped, of course...

If there a way i can recover this table from the IDB and FRM file?

Thankyou in advance for any help given.
