Thanks for the reply.

What is the statement?
Ans: (binlog format) is -- mixed for master & statement for slave.

What is the BEGIN or START statement?

Ans: Normal as per the previous version.

Let me explain the issue around.

1) This issue we are facing only for while calling the procedure.
one more fun is: some times it's only correctly without any issues and some times all the reports we are getting as a global exception in front end and in backend console it's througing the "Cannot execute statement in a READ ONLY transaction."
2) if the some procedure while calling in directly database it's working fine.
3) If I remove the drop temporary table it's working.

Could you pls help me out on this
