You have run out of RAM.

You can try changing to
innodb_buffer_pool_size = 50M
to see if things will get started.

Check to see if you can allocate some "swap" space.

Show us my.cnf -- maybe something else can be tuned.

Check the other processes (eg, the web server) to see if they can be tuned to use less space.
