Service (Windows) keeps crashing on Export

I have added a database folder (QRDevices) to the Data folder and then ran a Refresh im Workbench.

I now see the database listed. I believe I need to rebuild the InnoDB tables or whatever and instructions tell me to dump the database and the import it.

However while dumping the Windows Service MySQL57 keeps crashing.

20:30:19 Dumping DataP_scwp (all tables)
Running: "C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.7\bin\mysqldump.exe" --defaults-file="c:\users\mark\appdata\local\temp\tmpg8ubpk.cnf" --user=root --host=localhost --protocol=tcp --port=3306 --default-character-set=utf8 --single-transaction=TRUE --routines --events "harryhP_scwp"
mysqldump: Error 2013: Lost connection to MySQL server during query when dumping table `wp_options` at row: 477

Operation failed with exitcode 3
20:31:24 Export of k:\Dump20161020_0.sql has finished with 1 errors

Any thoughts please ?
