Thanks for your answer.
I'm not smarter after the documentation.
The problem is on an innodb table and its triggers read and write some innodb and myisam tables, these have triggers too. It is complicate enough.

Could you tell me what is the difference between the "lock wait timeout" and "Wait on a lock was aborted due to a pending exclusive lock"?
