I saw the same suggestion in many other discussion forums too. But I feel that the contents of the logs are really different. "Thread 8676 has waited at dict0boot.ic" in the discussion forum whereas "Thread 8676 has waited at dict0boot.ic " in our case.
Is it still worth trying to disable it ?
