Error: the OS said file flush did not succeed, Help!

I'm getting this crash every ~8 hours of operation, it doens't make sense to me because I have a raid, and get no errors from the OS about the raid or from the Raid Controller (megaraid under linux):

060129 11:45:55 InnoDB: Error: the OS said file flush did not succeed
060129 11:45:55 InnoDB: Operating system error number 5 in a file operation.
InnoDB: Error number 5 means 'Input/output error'.
InnoDB: Some operating system error numbers are described at
InnoDB: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql/en/Operating_System_error_codes.html
InnoDB: File operation call: 'flush'.
InnoDB: Cannot continue operation.

This is under a FC4 box:
Linux 2.6.14-1.1656_FC4smp #1 SMP Thu Jan 5 22:26:33 EST 2006 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Using the official Mysql Binaries:
MySQL-server-5.0.18-0.glibc23
MySQL-client-5.0.18-0.glibc23
MySQL-Max-5.0.18-0.glibc23
MySQL-shared-5.0.18-0.glibc23

Has anyone else seen this behaviour?

Joe
