ibtmp1 is innodb's temp tablespace file, in your system it's munged, prob'ly not recoverable or useful ... did you try removing iblogile* and ibtmp1 to another location so innodb recreates them? If that fails, try the same with innodb_recovery=1.
If you're running MySQL on an external drive, you need some precautionary procedures in place against untoward disconnections.
