What world limits servers to 32GB RAM!?

Virtual memory is a poison pill for SQL work. It's unsustainably slow.

If you really are limited to 32GB, run the analysis suggested, post the result and let's see what can be done to improve performance.

(I'm travelling Thursday, will get to your results Friday.)
