How recovery data in ibdata1 file? I truncate tables, but i need to recovery

Help!!!!
I'm using mysql 5.1 and was executed a truncate table in all tables of database!!!


I made the backup as soon as the command was executed and I can see the data using a text editor in the ibdata file. I tried some programs to recover, but I was not successful.
Can anyone help me recover this data? I beg you!!!!
