Spatial Extensions

Dear All,

I would like to know How It can be query the point/ points within the practically polygon? for example I standing a location and get the x & y coordinate, then generate a 100 meter circle, finally find/ anaylsis the neighbor cash-machine within the circle for me.
Can the Spatial Extension of Mysql be doing like this query? Any example statement?
