Ok, I just found the solution.
INSERT INTO geom VALUES (GeomFromText('POLYGON((0 0,10 0,10 10,0 10,0 0))'));

you can not use POLYGON(0 0,10 0,10 10,0 10,0 0) but POLYGON((0 0,10 0,10 10,0 10,0 0)), because the internal ring could not exist,but the Polygon still leave one place for it in ().
