Create a spatial view from a table with latitude and longitude (points)

Good morning,

I would like to create a spatial view with point geometry using the latitude and longitude values stored in a non-spatial table: Using these lat/lon for each records, i would like to create dynamically the point geometries in the view.

How can i do that? Would you have any SQL example on how i can achieve that?
