impact of havig both concurrent_insert=2 and low_priority_updates=1 together?

Hello,
i have a heavy dedicated mysql server for a very large forum which i finally came to having both concurrent_insert=2 and low_priority_updates=1 , would this have any impact on writing to db having low_priority_updates=1?
