MyTOP - Key Efficiency 50.0% - How to improve it?

 Key Efficiency: 50.0%  Bps in/out:   0.0/  0.6   Now in/out:  21.3/ 3.5k

I did not install and check mysqltuner. I have to do that.
But for now, mytop is showing the following stats.

I am using innodb tables
