MySQL - Performance Schema

Hi all,

I upgraded to 8.0.27 because of previous version seemed to have a memory leak and in releases notes a few were mentioned.

Due to this topic i got interested by performance schema, can anyone advise where can i find documentation about it?

For example:
memory/innodb/memory --> what this instrument means?

*************************** 1073. row ***************************
NAME: memory/innodb/memory
ENABLED: YES
TIMED: NULL
PROPERTIES:
VOLATILITY: 0
DOCUMENTATION: NULL

as many other Documention is Null.

Even if the behaviour in this new version is much better, i still see a high VIRT at this moment 32G more than RES, so wondering if RES would reach that value and get exhausted server memory.

Thanks,
