First of all - Thanks on the review.
If changing the TagNameMainUIndex_1 index to your suggestion can impact some queries. what if I create your suggestion index in addition to the current?
I thought about rand the ids in the programing side but I cant because the ids isnt consecutive numbers(sometimes delete happens). Is select the query ids, rand its number and then requery only the rand result row will be better?
And last thing, isnt cat.id = tag.id called join?
