Thanks for your reply. These question where really bothering me.

I do have a follow up question tho.

You are talking about security questions in innoDB tables, this is really something to keep in mind. But do the innoDB tables have any speed adavanteages over myIsam tables?

All my db tables have an prim key and they are well optimized. I have heard something about myisam locking the tables and there is no read/write possible. Where innoDB can do multiple read/writes?

And is there no problem on having different innoDB and myIsam tables all together in one database.
