Which hardware and software do you recommend me to use ?

Hello to all members.
I am going to buy a new server which will serve as MYSQL server ONLY.
what does it means ? that all the CPU force will be used only for MYSQL.

I would like to know which hardware do suggest me to buy ?

DUAL OPTERON or DUAL XEON ?

which OS do use suggest me to use ?

I realy need a good server which will give me solution with handling high Load with alots of query

if you suggest me to use linux so please also right me which distribution to use.

I don't care if I need to pay about the OS.

this server is going to serve Web hosting company so we need to give a professional service to our customers and olso high Performance.
