"with SQL_NO_CACHE, first execution 75 seconds. Second - 0.2 seconds." -- this is encouraging in one way. After you have warmed up the cache, the queries should run fast, even those that don't use the Query cache. Do you shutdown mysql ever? If you do, consider running some queries after startup to warm up cache.

3 summary tables:
Customer + day
Provider + day
Product + day

Yearly and monthly queries are simply the sum of the sums, sum of counts, and AVERGE = (sum of sums / sum of counts). For that matter a queries over a week or a quarter are essentially as easy, and as fast.
