Nope, that EXPLAIN looks correct, and everything operates expectedly.

Not sure why... If not Amazon, you can try a normal bookstore... though I know Amazon was selling them for a discount. Also, I believe the publisher Apress is selling e-book versions on their website. If that doesn't work, just get in touch with me and I'll figure something out! :)
