Re: Has anyone found a Viable Solution?

Still nothing on this darn problem. This is agonizing.

I upgraded to MySQL 4.1 thinking it may help even though others said they were running 4.1.

I turned off my script that runs automatically to check hung queries to see if it is okay, turns out even though I restart the server every morning at 3:30am (as another preventative measure), the system would still lock up between 10am and 1pm.

Sometimes it would lock again later on in the afternoon as well.

I want to say again that when I see this problem the mysql graphical monitoring interface thing shows the key efficiency graph as stuck at 100%. I don't know if that's just a side effect or if it tells the developers what the problem is. (If they even read this.)

I know enough to be dangerous. Thanks for being patient!
