yes, I have slowlog threshold set to 1 sec but I do not see any slow query, also I did enabled log_queries_not_using_indexes option but did not find any slow query

with 5.0 the load average is high i.e. load average: 13.24, 8.46, 4.49 but the test finished in 10min.
However, the same test run with 5.1 the load average: 3.13, 1.56, 0.93 and the test took at least 20 min to finish

sync_binlog was off and binlog was ON
