30,000 MySQL queries...

I'm trying to run 30,000 INSERT, UPDATE, and SELECT queries against a InnoDB enabled MySQL database via MyODBC via C++. It inserts only 25MB of data and is taking 30 minutes to complete on a 3GHz PC with 2GB RAM. Any way to get that down to under 1 minute?
