Seems to be good for me. Increasing my buffors don't gives me a performance increase, now I've query_cache at 128MB, key_buffer at 512MB, others are quiet small. My apache&PHP is good optimized I've very small Apache processess.

It's because fistly I had one big database with milions of tables. I has divided this to many databases a few weeks ago. No it's possible to share it to different servers, earlier it wasn't.
Any way It's much easier to manage one machine... and this takes less time. Also it's cheaper [for me] to buy one very fast server rather than lots of low-ends.
