Problem SOLVED!
It's SOLVED! W000t, yay :)
It was the MDAC files for ADO routines that where older in the end-user system than my programming enviroment. 2.7 was installed and my software was set on 2.8. After some more research i saw that Windows XP Servicepack 2 has 2.8.1. I thought that i already had SP2 installed on this machine. After installing SP2 and the new MDAC files it worked perfectly.
From 40 seconds to 2 seconds.. yay ;)
