Hi Phil,
Do you have performance issues or expect to get issues soon? If so, it is wise to dissect the most worrying queries. It may indicate that you're sorting some large result set that may or may not be possible to execute more efficiently. I have no idea whether this is the case since I don't know what your queries and schema looks like.
If you don't have issues you can ignore it.
