My terminal session was interrupted, the "Repair with keycache" process is still listed, so it's been running for two days now. Should I kill that process, or let it go until I get some idea about the length of time it will use?
At this situation, "SELECT * from allele where allele_id='1'" will just hold there.
ensembl is a database used by many, I assume, so I wonder how other people did it.
