Error: Out of Memory : During database restore
We have our Mysql database (ver 5.5.2) running on on HP-UX (ver 11.31) and use InnoDB engine.
Recently, we are consistently receiving 'Out of Memory' error during the restore of database using mysqldump. This error was reported 3 times during the database restore activity.
Error details from mysqlerr.log that occured during the restore:

130830 16:10:12 [ERROR] /usr/local/mysql/bin/mysqld: Out of memory (Needed 2464320 bytes)
130830 16:10:12 [ERROR] Out of memory; check if mysqld or some other process uses all available memory; if not, you may have to use 'ulimit' to allow mysqld to use more memory or you can add more swap space
