Views are saved as literal query text, they aren't compiled nor are their results saved. They organise your queries, they don't help performance.

So let's see ...

- the query on which the View is based,

- results of running Explain on it on the two servers,

- results of Show Create Table for each table referenced by the query, plus any differences in such between the two servers

- my.cnf on the two servers
