oh my bad! you're right.
Actually I was wondering why 1st explain was exactly the same than the second one... because it's the same index and I missed that (shame on me).

So the logic is the same, you don't need the new index (the one you created).
What you can do it's to force FK_CID_OPERATION_ENV_CASE and see if it's better
