Are you perhaps including a comment in the SQL to identify the remote user? The query cache requires that the full text of the selec tbe identical, so something like ingcluding the IP address as acomment would block one user from seeing the improvement from cache operations done by others. Beyond that, what are the selects, or a representative select or two?
